Found an article in my inbox. Fascinated and decided to share here.

[Someone shares the following cases :

(1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine... There was an old man looking at me.. suddenly called me. He said he didn't know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answered 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you 'Then he said 'nevermind.. ' and continued to find other people to help him.... REMEMBER : ATM machines have CCTVs. If you help him he will later claim that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides,his ATM card could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these frauds.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that! your neighbors still have lights. So you go out of your house to check the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured robbed and injured REMEMBER : Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.

(3) This is another incident.. You may have heard it before, It just about a lady who she saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address. So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room. REMEMBER : Being such a compassionate and helpful person might not be a good thing these days. Pass this on and girls, please be careful...DON' T BE TOO KIND!!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2 packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbor and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift.. But then when she spoke, I can realized that she is a foreigner. I could not understand what she was talking about. I guessed she must be asking for money. I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she with an accomplice robbed someone else down the road....

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money. Behind me, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with her machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was squeezing in front of me. I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the hole of my ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take away my money. I sensed something wrong and immediately pushes her away. Later I realized that the small girl and the old lady worked together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions!! REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert. Look out for anyone suspicious around you

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more petrol and the petrol station was too far for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really took out the money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart.. She just told him to take it for free. REMEMBER : obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for RM2 for an empty coke bottle!! It's very OBVIOUS that that stranger is a trickster.

(7) This happened in Bali . A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her.. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very disappointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali , to watch a 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage. Inside there was a lady without limbs Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find that it was her missing wife put there as a means for begging.

(8) This happened in Shanghai . A few yeas ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex... But after 5 years, one of her friends found her cousin sister begging at one of the road side in Bangkok , Thailand. The worst thing is that her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) Let's just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a baby crying to attract your attention. This normally happens at night and when you are only alone in the house be especially.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Lo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Lo Hu Commercial City is the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center. There are many people there. It's also near to the Shenzhen train station and Hong Kong 's Lo Hu Port. C went to the toilet at the shopping center while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long while, they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there were nobody inside there. Both were very frightened and they called C's phone.. There was no one answered. So they reported to the police. The police asked them whether they had seen anybody suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring a life person out of the toilet without them noticing! .. Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out. The police told them that was not the 1st time such a thing happened. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilet of shopping complexes. They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale. REMEMBER : please be careful when using the toilet. Do not go to the wash room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you...

Paintball Tournament

Here are miscellaneous pictures of our tournament at Bukit Ramli on the 26th April 2009. But, I couldn't get any shot of the action as we broke our camera n I didn't have the heart to pull out my phone to snap up. Sorry. But the organizer shot many photos of us but I dunno how to get my hands on them.

But I'll ask dad about it later.

My dad was hit at the second half of the game but we two (Farah and Me) were safe (and proud of it!).

Overall, we were satisfied with the battle as the Predators nearly won but God forbids us to go on any further as it rained uber heavily!

We got some nice shirts;

We won the grand prize!!! How awesome is that?!

Had a day out today with my girlfriends Sera and Burn to celebrate Burn's 21st BIRTHDAY!! =P

I have extreme respect to Muslims around the world who fights for our dignity. Among the most respected, there is one particular person that I'd like to point out. Do you know who Lupe Fiasco is? Does the name ring any bells? Hmm.. Here's a little snippet of his biography:

Lupe is a devout Muslim and considered a leader by many Muslim youth in America.

Interview with Lupe when asked about Islam and his Music: "Well, I was born Muslim, so Islam plays a part in my everything I do, to a certain extent. I'm not like the poster boy for Islam you know what I'm saying? So it's like I still got my flaws and stuff like that, so I don't really wear that on my sleeve. [But] I'm really with some underlying consciousness, no matter what it is that I can talk about -cocaine, or I can talk about carrying guns. I've been literally carrying guns since I was five, like four or five years old, simply because my father was in the military and he wanted to teach us how to shoot. When asked about why his album name was Food and Liquor, he replied: “The title reflects on me being Muslim and being from the streets... In Chicago, instead having bodegas like in New York, the majority of the corner stores are called ‘Food and Liquors.’ The store is where everything is at, whether it be the wine-o hanging by the store, or us as kids going back and forth to the store to buy something. The ‘Food’ is the good part and the ‘Liquor’ is the bad part."

His album Food and Liquor begins by him saying "A'uzu billahi min ash shaitani r rajimi Bismi 'llahi 'r-rahmani 'r-rahim" which translates to "I seek refuge from Satan. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful." This is what many Muslims say before beginning a task. Lupe then finishes the albums stating "Salamwalaikum" meaning "Peace." In one song, "Hurt Me Soul," he begins saying "Astagfirullah" meaning "I seek forgiveness from Allah." In one song, "American Terrorist," he talks about his views on Islam and how Islam is viewed in todays society. He also tries to clear up misinterpretations of 21st Century Muslims. The lyrics to "American Terrorist" can be found below.

Lupe always tries to keep in touch with the Islamic community, for example saying "Eid Mubarak" to many people during the month of Ramadan.

Although he lives a celebrity life, in an interview with AOL Music Sessions he had the following to say: "I've never drank alcohol a day in my life. I've never taken any form of drugs. That culture is still kinda alien to me."

Get it why I respect this man? He can endure all the bad stuff from the high life and Hollywood brings. It takes a lot to even be at that stage.

I'm really stuck with choices these days. Haiz... You see, my phone is damn gila la nowadays. I hate it, but I love it so much. Now I'm getting crazy by it's craziness! -_-

Here's my requirements of a dream phone of mine;

Must be a clamshell (I'm turning into a Japanese suda.. -_-;)

Can support 2 sims (or more, even better) because I have 2 main lines that support each other if one of them get barred (LOL)

Must have WIFI reception cos YMing my hubby is so much easier [LOL]

Can double as an MP3 Player cos I can't listen to anything else other than music.

Can take decent picture and video.

Can 3G call because I need to know what my hubby is doing when I tiba2 call him without him expecting it LOL!

LOL.. Speaking of contacting my hubby, I haven't found the right webcam yet for my laptop.. -_-.. Yeah yeah.. Most of the laptops nowadays have an integrated cam but mine is not 'laptop nowadays' lol. I've been using it for, like, ages ago! But webcams are so friggin' expensive! Zzzzz

School has been hectic. Can't blog real much now. Just want share a few photos.

Ok. These are the girls in my class. 4/5 girls. I'm so lucky to have 2 sets of twins in my class. I have always dig Japanese food. They're awesome. First on the list is:
Ebiko!
Ebiko is a sushi made of prawn roes. That orange ball eggy stuff.

Gyoza!
They're fried dumplings, or pot stickers, usually filled with pork. But here in Malaysia, usually Halal ones are filled with either fish or chicken fillet. They're really OOiisshhii!

Ebi Tempura
I'm not really a fan of prawns and shrimps and whatsoever related to them, but these kill me everytime! They're really good when you eat it with wasabi and soy sauce.

Takoyaki!

Tako is my fave. Squid, sotong, anything you call it, it's good. =P but if you can't make it well, it'll not.

I'm totally addicted to Bleach. The first time I saw this anime, it doesn't really trigger an interest in me at all. But I started to follow the manga in a local comics magazine and proceeded to reading it online, I find it very very interesting. Omoishiroi, as they say in Japanese. My favorite character would be:

Ichimaru Gin!! (市丸ギン)
Gin Ichimaru is a fictional character and a major antagonist in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. He is the captain of the 3rd Division in the Gotei 13 until he betrays Soul Society, and after that he becomes a commander in Sōsuke Aizen’s arrancar army. His lieutenant was Izuru Kira.

My bunny went the extra mile to get me the 200 episode of Bleach the anime series. Thank you honey~ I'm gradually watching it day by day. You guys should too. It's not just a presentation of storylines, but it makes you think and connect situations. LOL. Saying that make me feel very smart.

Now, the Japanese have done it again. After Tennis No Oujisama (Tenimyu), Air Gear and also Hunter X Hunter (Huntermyu) been adapted into series of running musicals, Bleach also have their own standing of musicals. As of now, I think they've done 4 shows across Japan, that is:

It's very intriguing storyline makes me wanting more and more! Sadly for me, this drama is still airing in Japan and the subbed version is SLOWly available. Haiz.. that's why la need to learn Nihongo!! T_T xpayah tunggu2 subbed version.. Huwaaa.. Zukki is in it too!! =P Hontou da! Sugoi!!

This stars Hiroki Aiba and also.. guess2.. Nagayan-sama!!! =P My fangirlyness squeeeels with the kakkkkoiiness... Get to see Aibacchi cook in here. Not yet finished, it still airs in Japan. Have to wait very long for the subs to come out.

This. is. the. most. hilarious. of. them. all. Seriously. You need to watch this stuff if you haven't already! A line up of good actors in it. Nakamura Yuichi in a gothic hime costume, Saitoh Takumi!, Adachin!, KenKen dresses up in a lolita costume! =P They're so funny and the plot is really nice too. Nearly cried in the climax, lol.

Nodame Cantabile
A great story based on music, orchestras and musical instruments. I'm not a fan of this type of classical music but the storyline sure are great. The first time I wanna watch this is because Yuya Endo was in it but.. I fell in love with the plot. Haha! =P

DD-Boys
They call it a drama/documentary sort of thing. Starring the D-Boys, of course. They sure know how to crack things up! =P They're funny, hilarious and very kakkoi indeed. Like the episode 'Ore tachi wa kakkoi' They crack me up everytime I watch without being bored.

The dreadful day. Why consider it dreadful? Cos it's my friggin' birthday. I don't like birthdays. I loathe them. BTW, thanks to those who wished anyway.

Today is the 2nd day of the training in Oro Penata Management Services. I want this job really badly. The income is really good, for a part-time job. Why do I consider it to be a 'must'?

1. Don't have to drive to work
2. Don't have to hear boss marah.
3. Income is very MASYUK one! *bak kata itu olang*
4. Only work from home. Watch your monitor.
5. Very easy.

The downside? Numbers. Yes. I have to work with NUMBERS. But hey, I won't let numbers get in the way of me getting my numbers,.. I mean.. cash. Next time you see I be kaya kaya then baru tau. *berangan dulu*

I'm learning how to operate Forex trading. It's a really interesting field that people (esp. students and youngsters like me) ought to find out more about. It's very very interesting and also... also.. also.. MONEY_MAKING! Zoe say if you want to work in this field of work, have to be money minded. Hmmm.. Oh yeah. I can't remember when I'm NOT money-minded. =) Don't blame me, I like money. BTW, I'm going to do stuff like trading and buy/sell accounts in the forex market. Yup. Got back from Shah Alam yesterday via bus. Damn I hate buses. Grew stiff and hardened in there. Sejuk bangetttt! T-T Abah (and of course, Harry was with him) picked me up and we went straight to the our hotel room. Went Ho0o HaAa there and went back home around 0130 hours.

Abah brought back his new Sentra home. Didn't think it's spacious, but it is. Nice interior. I like. =P. He said our Toyota will be up and running again after 2 years (close to 3, that is) *gasp everybody~* tersadai dalam workshop in unreliable hands. Stupid stupid mechanics! I grew up with that lovely machine! How dare you guys ruin it! Go die la! Dun make other people cry one. Yes. I did cry when I saw him in there. He's so helpless, dad towed him to other mechanics and hopefully he'll be good as new. I love him so much. Dun die pls.

I'm officially trapped in Tenipuri fandom. Oishi and Eiji were the baits made by an anonymous force. (Maybe also the baits of Fuji. And Tezuka. And Kawamura. Maybe Momo and Kaidou. Arrrggghhh! I'm driven into GILAnesss!) I'm driven to them. That's just it.

Well, I wanna share my opinion about the Tenipuri live-actionness (or so they call it). It didn't totally suck, actually. It lacked.. quality. Yess. That's it.

Last 2 days were my sister's birthdays (19th & 20th October). On the 19th, we went to Nando's Plaza Pelangi to celebrate it Farah's birthday. It was a blast! We thought of wanting to go and celebrate it at TGI Friday's but slashed the idea after considering that we're effing bored and getting tired of that place already. We need a new place to rock here in JB but there's none available!! ZZzzzzZzZ..

Unfortunately I didn't get even one great shot over there as it's really pwettty cramped up. Haiz..

The next day, Dad got on the plane to Bintulu via a KL bound flight on the afternoon. To my surprise, Senai Airport is being renovated and we had to walk for like, miles before you can actually get to the boarding entrance! It's surprising to know I didn't know the least of it before this. Zzzz..

WE went to DON Sushi to celebrate Ilik's birthday!! =P I never get bored of having sushi so if we were to go there everyday, I'll humbly move back to JB, seriously. Haha! We had some tako balls, ebi tempura, chockful of sushis, unagi set for me, and also mama stuffed herself with the pink ginger thing.. 0_o..

spaghetti sambal recipe

Here's my newest creation, Spaghetti Sambal and I hope you'd try it yourself. It won't disappoint your tastebud, trust me. It'll only burn it till you vomit blood.

You'll need;
i. Spaghetti (duh!)
ii. Chopped onions and garlics (amount is up to you)
iii. Sambal (Grinded chilli)
iv. Veggies (any veggie also can)
v. Oil (-_-;)
vi. Also not forgetting, spaghetti sauce! (I recommend Kimball)
vii. Garam and gula secukup rasa.
viii. Tomato Puree
v???. Minced meat/mutton

Ok. Firstly, you boil the spaghetti mee until nice. Then let it aside. Now for the sauce. Put some oil in your pan under medium fire. Toss in your garlic and onion. After the nice smell of cooked onion and garlic is out, pour in your grinded chilli. Cook for about 7 minutes. Then, put some meat and mutton. Make sure the meat or mutton is pre-cooked before you put them in your sauce.

Next is to put in your puree. Gaul for about 2-3 minutes. Insert the veggies of your choice. Then garam gula to your liking. Wallla! You have your sauce~

Dress them to your liking. I prefer putting in some coriander or basil. Have fun!

Slept in the afternoon for awhile, just after mama came back. Went to fetch Ilik just before that (She called me when I was well late for about 45 minutes! *shrieks!*

My mum won't let me drive back to Shah Alam for the time being. I dunno what's gonna happen when Prof J and Burn knows about this. I'll be dead. DEAD, I tell you! She's going to give us a quiz this Thursday, so I'm a little freaked out here. Haiz.. I have to get back to Shah Alam by the Thursday. Haiz.. Today is haiz...ing day.

The title really says it all. =P I'm back here in JB, my beloved-beloved home town, the city of my home. Yeah. Yeah. And guess what? I'm sick! Yes. Well, here's the list to make me proud.

My God! Please save me from this phenomenon of Yours! I can't take it anymore. Went back to JB via my lovely car with my dad. Hmmm.. That's about it. Found an ~~interesting~~ decent online game that my sisters introduced. Well, can't say much but it can fill the gap of my time of boring-ness! Thanks, gurls! =P

Well, I don't think I'll blog anymore today. oh, BTW, my presentation went well. I mean OK. Haiz. I was the last person to present that day so, yay, I get an audience (if you can call the that, precisely..) that's silent and uncooperative. Pity me.

I'll go prepare the things for my wonder cook today. Going to masak a lot of thing while my dad, mum, Harry and Ilik went to the cinemas to watch a movie, Wall-E to be exact. I have to finish my project my tomorrow! I have to. That multimedia crap report. And the html site. Haiz.. I can't show my designing and coding perfect layout skills in this dumbly class. Pretend to not know anything and anything that will challenge the lecturer's (I dun even know her name, whatever) knowledge and ideas in web design and coding. Haha! She's crap. She's using Web editors! I mean, what teacher in their right mind uses editors? -_-; Everybody knows you should be using NotePad or EditPad, right? Zzzz.. Whatever. Don't correct me if I'm wrong. I know I'm right.

What more.. Ah! We had TGI Friday's yesterday for buka puasa. It's fun. It was my mum's birthday so Friday's would be a perfect place to celebrate it. BTW, she didn't want us to tell those whores working for Friday's that it's her birthday so we didn't. Too bad, if she'd tell, we'll get my favorite cheese cake for free. Now I have to order and it came up in the bill. Haha! =P

Aiyoyoyo... It has been told that Mdm Khazaila will be doing ALL of the presentations of informative speech TODAY but she lied!!! She f*****g lied! The only ones that presented their speech in today's class were Kamal, Nalini, Arfah, Evon, Fadli, Anrian, Mushawwir, and guess what, BURN!!! UURRRGGHHH!! I hate this feeling right now. Sheeesh! She happily said that she's done the presentation and the pressure's off! I'm gonna kill somebody now. Pronto.

Well, I'll just get over that when I have my buka, which is hours ago. And I'm happily over the fact that I haven't presented yet. dammit. Here it is again, the presentation dummy jerking off it's green tongue over to me. SLASSSHHHH!!! What is that green thing on the floor? Jealousy? ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzz

Went to Jap class but Hla Hla didn't even show up and we're like, waiting there for like, half an hour and like, we're surrounded by Nabilahs, well, like literally one but she made it seem like there's dozens of her buzzin around us. FYI, Sera went to Jap class with us just now. Stop with like already!

Well, basically today has been busy for me. Went to class at 8.30am to 12pm. After that, went to Summit USJ to buy a Macromedia Dreamweaver Installer CD. Why MDW? Well, we sort need the software to work on our multimedia project. Haish.. So much for my coding and programming knowledge. Dreamweaver? No0bs, man. Wtf. Whatever. Layan je. Spent RM8 on that piece of crap when I could just d/l it. F*** Maxis broadband.

No, I don't mean the Apple-related Macs lol. I had macaroni tuna for 'buka'! =P for you who don't know what 'buka' is, it's when Muslims break their fast. But I took a date *kurma, not a boy duh* and my strawberry milk terlebih dulu.. Today I feel like sharing a piece of information about dates. read on y'all.. *gives Britney slang*

THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF EATING DATES/KHAJOOR
Muslims generally break their fast by eating dates. Prophet Muhammad(sallallahu laiyhi wassallam) is reported to have said: "if anyone of you is fasting, let him break his fast with dates. In case he does not have them, then with water. Verily water is a purifier."

The Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) used to break his fast by eating some dates before offering Maghrib prayer, and if ripe dates were not available, he used to substitute them with some dried grapes. When they too were not available, he used to have a few sips of water, according to some reports.

Modern science has proved that dates are part of a healthy diet. They contain sugar, fat and proteins, as well as important vitamins. Hence the great importance attached to them by the Prophet(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam).

Dates are also rich in natural fibres.

Modern medicine has shown that they are effective in preventing abdominal cancer.

They also surpass other fruits in the sheer variety of their constituents. They contain oil, calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium.

In other words, one date is a minimum of a balanced and healthy diet. Arabs usually combine dates with milk and yogurt or bread,butter and fish. This combination indeed makes a self-sufficient and tasty diet for both mind and body.

Dates and date palms have been mentioned in the Holy Qur'an 20 times, thus showing their importance. The Prophet S.A.W. likened a good Muslim to the date palm, saying, "Among trees, there is a tree like a Muslim. Its leaves do not fall."

Sayyidah Mariam (alaiyhas salaam) mother of Isa (alaiyhis salaam) had dates as her food when she felt labour pains and during confinement. They are definitely the "crown of sweets," and ideal food which is easy to digest, and within half an hour of taking it, the tired body regains a renewed vigour. The reason for this is that
a shortage of sugar in the blood is the main factor that makes people feel hungry and not an empty stomach as is often assumed. When the body absorbs the nutritional essence of a few dates, the feeling of hunger becomes appeased. When one breaking the fast with dates takes some other food afterwards, he cannot eat much. It would
seem that breaking the fast with dates then helps one avoid excessive eating.

Experiments have also shown that dates contain some stimulants that strengthen the muscles of the uterus in the last months of pregnancy. This helps the dilation of the uterus at the time of delivery on one hand and reduces the bleeding after delivery on the other.

Dieticians consider dates as the best food for women in confinement and those who are breast-feeding. This is because dates contain elements that assist in alleviating depression in mothers and enriching the breast-milk with all the elements needed to make the child healthy and resistant to disease.

The Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) has emphasized the importance of dates and their effectiveness in the growth of the foetus. He has also recommended they be given to women.

Modern dietary institutes now recommend dates to be given to children suffering from a nervous nature or hyperactivity.

The Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) has also recommended dates as a medicine for heart troubles, according to some reports

. Modern science has also proved the effectiveness of date, in preventing diseases of the respiratory system.

Sayyidah Ayisha, (R.A.) wife of Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam), used to prescribe dates for those suffering from giddiness. It is now well known that a fall in the level of the sugar in the blood and low blood pressure are among the causes of
giddiness. She was also reported to have used dates combined with cucumber to treat her over-slim condition! She said, "They've tried to fatten me giving me everything. But I did not become fat. Then they fattened me with cucumber and ripe dates and I gained!" Ayisha was quite correct, as we now know that one kilogram of dates
contains nearly 3,000 calories which alone are sufficient to supply the minimum daily requirements of an active man for one full day.

Dates are rich in several vitamins and minerals. When the level of trace elements falls in the body, the health of the blood vessels is affected leading to an increased heart-rate and a consequent inability to perform its function with normal efficiency.

As dates are also rich in calcium, they help strengthen the bones. When the calcium content in the body decreases, children are affected with rickets and the bones of adults become brittle and weak.

Dates are also important in keeping up the health of eyes. It is quite effective in guarding against night-blindness. In the early years of Islam, dates served as food for Muslim warriors. They used to carry them in special bags hung at their sides. They are the best stimulant for muscles and so the best food for a warrior about to
engage in battle.

The Prophet (sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) used to combine dates with bread sometimes. At other times he mixed ripe dates with cucumber, or dates combined with ghee. He used to take all varieties of dates, but he preferred the variety called Ajwah.
